Geography subject overview

At Woolenwick schools, Geography provides a means of exploring, appreciating and understanding the world in which we live. We are intrepid explorers from the comfort of our classrooms! We aim to inspire in our children a curiosity and fascination about the world and its people. We build geographical knowledge, skills and understanding through studying places and themes. Children understand their place in the world through a widening geographical perspective, both locally and globally. Children are global citizens working towards the ‘UN Sustainable Global Goals’.
